Police say Angel Vega Roman, 28, was left in charge of some kittens while the owners -- his roommates -- went away for a few weeks. They came back to Kitten Karnage. Vegas is accused of choking one kitten to death and biting the lips off another, Oreo. Oreo's ears were also burned, and police say Roman did it with a lighter.
