AP) RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) - North Carolina prison officials said an inmate from Raleigh tried to smuggle a cell phone into prison in his rear end. Court documents obtained by The News & Observer of Raleigh show that 25-year-old Eric Chambers was charged after setting off metal detectors at Central Prison. Chambers handed over a flattened piece of metal hidden in his mouth, but set off the detectors again. That's when guards found the red-and-silver "flip-style" cell phone hidden in his rectum. Chambers was convicted in 2008 of being a habitual felon and sentenced to 10 years in prison. Investigators said he was using the phone as part of a drug-dealing operation.

DOOGIE HOWSER IS PREGNANT

"Neil Patrick Harris and his boyfriend David Burtka are going to be the proud fathers of two new babies come this fall! The actor and his main squeeze have twins on this way via a surrogate mother this October. How sweet is that? E-Online reports that the duo are already planning the baby shower for their impending arrival. There has been previous speculation about their fatherhood plans, but Neil himself quelled that on his official Twitter. He tweeted, “So, get this: David and I are expecting twins this fall. We’re super excited/nervous/thrilled. Hoping the press can respect our privacy…” The duo were spotted visiting a surrogacy agency in L.A. last year, after having spent the last six years together. How cute is that. I’m sure they’re going to make delightful parents.  And to celebrate, the cute couple went to DisneyLand! Adorbz. Any suggestions on what they should name their sweet little bundles of joy?"

THIS IS A REAL NEWS STORY? AM I THE ONLY ONE WHO THINKS THIS IS NUTS??
