MAN ALMOST CUTS GIRLFRIEND'S NOSE OFF CAUSE SHE WOULDN'T HAVE SEX WITH HIM

Florida – A man was arrested for cutting almost all of his girlfriend’s nose off after she refused to have sex with him, Fort Lauderdale Police said. Ricardo Salamanca, from Plantation, faces a charge of aggravated battery causing bodily harm and remains in jail on $75,000 bond. The victim was taken to North Broward Hospital for surgery to have her nose reattached. “The victim’s nose was severed down to the sinus cavity where the victim’s nose was only attached by a thread,” the complaint affidavit said.

VERY DANGEROUS WEAPON

COTTAGE LAKE, Washington – A Kings County Sheriff’s deputy has been put on administrative leave after being accused of shooting at a developmentally disabled man who was holding a toy gun.
The Seattle Times reports police got multiple calls about a man waving a gun at passing vehicles.
“The first deputy arrived minutes later and the man ignored her commands. When the man pulled the handgun from his waistband and raised it, the deputy fired about 25 yards away,”Deputy Charlie Akers told the paper. “The man dropped to the ground and other deputies moved in to handcuff him.”
That’s when authorities discovered that the gun was a Lego toy.

RAPIST RELEASED FROM PRISON TO SAVE MONEY

California – A California appeals court has granted the release of a quadriplegic rapist who was considered an excessive cost to the state. Steven Martinez was convicted of several counts of violent rape in 1998 after he drove his car over a woman, assaulted her, kidnapped her and then raped her.
While serving his sentence in 2001, Martinez was attacked by two other inmates and was stabbed in the neck. The wound paralyzed him instantly. As an inmate, his caretakers say he remains an “angry, repulsive person.” Martinez applied last year to become the first inmate freed under a medical parole law that aims to reduce prison costs.

Florida – The partial vote recount in Florida Rep. Allen West’s re-election bid indicates ballots were double counted, but election officials still say the Republican lawmaker has lost the race.
The Tea Party-backed West demanded a recount after a wild swing of votes on election night in which he was leading Democratic challenger Tim Murphy by roughly 2,000 votes, then trailed by 2,400 votes about 35 minutes later. “If people are that adamant about getting rid of me that’s fine,” West said. “But don’t do it at the expense of the integrity of our electoral process. That’s what disturbs me the most.’ Officials have “already stated they had a 141 percent voter turnout, which I think should cause everyone alarm,” said West.

ELMO.....HOW COULD YOU?

New York – The man who voices Sesame Street’s popular character Elmo is denying he had gay sex with a minor, as Sesame Street honchos try to assure fans that the high-pitched puppet is “bigger than one man.” Kevin Clash has taken a leave of absence from Sesame Street Workshop to defend himself from allegations he had a a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old boy, according to a report by TMZ.
The accuser, now 23, says he and Clash engaged in sexual acts when he was 16 and Clash was 45.

Clash admitted to TMZ he and the individual had sex, but only after he was above the age of consent.

SOUNDS LIKE SENSE TO ME....

Arizona – A pregnant Arizona woman was arrested after allegedly running over her husband with her SUV upon discovering he did not vote in last week’s election. Police say 28-year-old Holly Solomon was enraged when she discovered her husband Daniel did not vote because she believes President Obama’s re-election will bring hardship to their family, MyFoxPhoenix.com reports. Witnesses say Daniel Solomon attempted hiding behind a light post to escape his wife’s wrath and was running away when he was struck. He is now in critical condition at a local hospital.

LOS ANGELES, California – For 10 agonizing minutes, an 18-year-old mentally disabled woman was raped in the back of a near-empty Los Angeles County bus as it rolled past a state park and a cemetery and no one did anything about it. Several passengers and the driver were apparently unaware that a crime was being committed in the 45-foot-long bus, but one person on board tried to alert the driver and was unsuccessful.Authorities arrested Kerry Trotter, 20, thanks to an anonymous tip by someone who saw an image of the suspected attacker taken by a surveillance camera on the bus that was publicly released. Trotter was booked for investigation of rape and was being held on $1 million bail.

Washington DC – As of Saturday November 10, 2012, 15 States (Update: now 20 states) have petitioned the Obama Administration for withdrawal from the United States of America in order to create its own government. States following this action include: Louisiana, Texas, Montana, North Dakota, Indiana, Mississippi, Kentucky, North Carolina, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, New Jersey, Colorado, Oregon and New York. These States have requested that the Obama Administration grant a peaceful withdrawal from the United States. These petitions were filed just days after the 2012 Presidential election. The Texas petition reads as follows: The US continues to suffer economic difficulties stemming from the federal government’s neglect to reform domestic and foreign spending. The citizens of the US suffer from blatant abuses of their rights such as the NDAA, the TSA, etc. Given that the state of Texas maintains a balanced budget and is the 15th largest economy in the world, it is practically feasible for Texas to withdraw from the union, and to do so would protect it’s citizens’ standard of living and re-secure their rights and liberties in accordance with the original ideas and beliefs of our founding fathers which are no longer being reflected by the federal government.
